About Us

Sistah Confessions is the virtual and live destination for reading inspirational and Christian literature. Founded by author and radio personality Tifany Jones, SC began in February 2008 as a online radio show. The success was overwhelming and with an impending move from Kansas to Maryland Tifany was prompted to take SC to the next level, but one thing was missing… YOU!

In addition to our weekly author interviews, each month the Sistahs meet at various locations to discuss the featured selection and bond through fellowship. Our purpose is to provide a forum that will shed light on the dark issues of this world. Our vision is to use the confessions of the authors and special guests to heal, inspire, and elicit a change that will transform our lives.

Join us to help promote empowerment and unity through fellowship. Together, with the love of Christ, we can light up the darkness!

Sharon Oliver

An avid reader of mystery novels since childhood, I answered the call to write my own after being employed as a federal government worker for several years. I am a resident of the Atlanta, Georgia area. However, over the years, I've lived in the states of Maryland (born and raised in the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan areas), South Carolina and North Carolina. Needless to say, life has afforded me a chockfull of storylines.

However, it will only be through God’s grace and inspiration that I am able to pen books that will engage the reader(s). With that said, may my writings provoke you to laughter, keep you in suspense and feed your spirit.

Thirty-something Charlotte Morley is in South Carolina visiting her grandparents. While there recuperating from her own bouts of drama, she finds herself being used to help a church betrayed by its roguish pastor, Reverend Holiday, and a community ravaged by poverty. However, it is the deceptive antics of her twin cousins that fuel the fiery tongues already wagging in gossip and prayer. But deception has its price as the truth about one of the twin’s involvement with Reverend Holiday comes to light.Filled with wise-cracking dialogue and a major plot twist, KEEP YOUR ENEMIES CLOSER will challenge the reader(s) to recognize the “enemies” in day-to-day life. Sometimes all is not what it seems.
